Service Description
Treat your furry friend to recurring 15-minute weekly solo walks during regular business hours (M-F 10a-5p), excluding holidays. All pricing is for one dog, billed weekly in advance on Fridays (see policies below). Note: Tips are very welcomed and appreciated, but not required. Recommended tip is 18-20% if you and your pet think we did a stellar job! ------------- WEEKLY WALK PRICING (15 min, one dog): 1x/week: $20/week 2x/week: $38/week 3x/week: $57/week 4x/week: $76/week --------------------------- FEES: - Last Minute Booking Fee (24h or less): Add $10/visit - After-Hours Visits (5pm-10am): Add $10/visit - Weekend Visits: Add $10/visit - Holiday Visits: Add $15/visit* ADD-ON SERVICES: - Add a Dog: Add $15/visit *List of RI State Observed Holidays: New Years Day, Presidents Day, MLK Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Victory Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Election Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day. ------------------------- TO BOOK: - Please click the "BOOK NOW" button on the homepage to complete our New Client Intake Form. - Please note: we require ALL new clients to complete this form so we have your information on file prior to scheduling. - We will reach out to schedule your visit(s) as soon as we receive your completed form. -------------------------- POLICIES: - A signed contract & non-refundable deposit is required in advance to confirm your booking. - Payment methods accepted: Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, or Cash. - Recurring services are billed weekly in advance on Fridays. Payment must be received at least 24 hours prior to your first scheduled walk of the week to confirm your walk(s) for that week. If payment is not received 24 hours prior to your first walk on a given week, this is considered a late cancellation and you will be charged for the missed walk(s). - We use the Walkies app to track visits & walks and will send you a report via text with photos and notes at the end of each visit/walk.


Cancellation Policy
- We will notify you of any changes in our availability due to illness or emergency at least 24 hours in advance or as soon as we are aware of a conflict. - If we must cancel less than 24 hours before a scheduled service, you will receive a full refund, which can be applied to a future service at your request. - Cancellations by the client less than 24 hours before the scheduled service are non-refundable. - Cancellations by the client less than 72 hours before the scheduled service incur a 50% fee. - Cancellations by the client less than 5 days before the scheduled service incur a 25% fee.
